TAKING OF EVIDENCE CONCLUDED.

CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 15
The Court of Inquiry into Dr. Thacker’s charges was concluded today. . P. F. McNamara, a reservist of Christchurch, complained of the treatment accorded to him by the medical examiners, one of the members of which, he alleged, inferred that he was connected with a person who had served time for theft in the south.
The allegation was denied by Colonel Fitzgerald and Captain Lester, N.Z.M.C.
The Court then finally rose
