Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received Nov. 6. 7.10 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 5. Convictions for drunkenness during 1916 in the United Kingdom total 84,191, the lowest for nearly half a centurv, and 55 per cent, below 1913.
