Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. PARIS, July 1. The cruiser Kbeber was sunk by a mine near Brest. Die vessel was voyaging from Dakar to Bre_st ioi tji purpose of being dismantled. The captain refused to leave the bridge when the cruiser was sinking 11 buojer, after sounding the orclei to launch the boats, declared he would stand 1 by the captain. Both perished- ___ -
