MADRID, July 1. Spain is definitely and rapidly taking a stand for the Entente. The principal newspapers have dismissedGermanophile writers, and are publishing anti-German articles. The army is strongly in favor of the Entente.
A decree forbids belligerent submarines to enter Spanish waters under threat of internment.
