TN the matter of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” and “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” and the Acts amending the same_ respectively, NOTICE is hereby given that the Gisborne Borough Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of £50,000, for the purpose of Stormwater Drainage. (a) The particular purpose for which the Loan Is required is for Stormwater Drainage for the Borough of Gisborne. (b) The . sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £50,000. (c) The proposed security and the provision for repayment of the Loan is a Special Rate of § of a Pennj in the £ on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the said Borough of Gisborne as security for the Interest, and a sinking Fund of 4 per cent, in connection with isuch Loan. The whole of the Loan to be repayable 30 years from the dav of issue.
