GOVERNMENT TAKING PRECAUTIONS. (Press Association TelegramV WELLINGTON, February 16. Important war regulations to fiieet the problem caused through the “go slow’-’ policy are being gazetted by the Government, and will make the limitation of output a*n offence against the law. Sir Janies Allen stated to-day^that it was ruinous- for New Zealand 11 ar P bodv of men were allowed to linpt the" output. It was not only ruinous to the country, but to- the _ men themselves. The only way to win the war was to maintain a. high state ot efficiency If this was ifot done we must go down before a more vigorous nation. ' ______
