NEW ELECTRIC WAITER.

A new electric indicator, primarily intended for restaurants of the quicklunch type, comprises a cabinet in which are contained as many electric-ally-operated number dial devices as are required by the menu of the institution where it is used, acting as the indicator in tile kitchen ; and one or more sending stations in the diningroom in the form of wall, counter, o' post plates mounting a plurality of push buttons, each of which is labelled with the dish it represents. The cabinet containing the indicator units is placed in the kitchen of the establishment where it is installed, it can be made in an size for accommodating 16 to 100 umts.
