PEACE CANDIDATE BADLY LICKED. (The Times.) LONDON. Feb. 14. The Rossendale election resulted: Sir J. McLean 6019. Taylor (peace candidate) 1802. Taylor was absent from the contest, being in. the enstody of the military authorities.
