People have heen asking each other this week what America will do with the German residents in the United States when America really comes to war with Germany? The question has heen often asked. Tlie best answer was given many months ago by a good American. The problem was put to him in this way: “There are more than four million Germans m America. What will you elo uitli them in the event of war between America and Germany? Well, replied the American, “I guess there are more than four million lampposts in the United States.’
