NEW YEAR HONORS.
GENERALLY COLORLESS. United Press Association-Copyright. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.; (Received Feb 13, 8.30 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 13. The New Year’s Honors are generally colorless, chiefly embracing officials of the Ministry of Munitions and other war departments. They include a peerage for Mr Hugh Graham, the newspaper proprietor of Montreal. A Privy Couii'Cillorslijp is given to Sir. J. Schreiner, High Commissioner for South Africa.
The Knights include W. A. Tritton, concerned in the development of the tanks, and Brigadier Owen Thomas, who was mixed up in the recent West scandal.
