LEGLESS SOLDIERS.

(Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received Feb. 13, 8.15 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 13. The Morning Post’s Petrograd correspondent says the Germans are utilising legless soldiers as machine-gun-ners. They are unable to escape, and many have been found dead alongside the guns.
