ATOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Waikoliu County Sanitary and Building By-law, no person shall keep or cause to be kept or used any common lodging-house within the County district unless such house lias been dulv licensed. This regulation will come into force on April Ist next, and applications for licenses should be made at the next meeting of the Council, to be held on March 9th.
