United Press Association—Copyright. (Reuter's Telegram.) TGKIO. Jan. £6 The Budget lias been introduced into the Diet. It provides for the application of eight millions- to tbe foreign market from the sinking fund; the issue of nearly 14 millions of domestic loans, and one an cl half million of supplementary naval vote. Last year the foreign trade was a record, the exports being 112 millions and the imports 75 millions sterling.
