(Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received Jan. 28, 5.5 p.m.) BERNE, Jan. 28. The cold in Germany and Austria is intense. There have been 41 deaths, due to cold at Munich in six days. The winter in Switzerland is far more severe than usual. .
