MAY BE WITHHELD TILL AFTER THE WAR.

It is understood that the opinions of members of the Dardanelles Commission is pretty evenly on the question of issuing any report before the conclusion of the war. Although a draft interim report lias already been prepared, this covers the . investigation of the responsibility of the high command for the initiation of the campaign.
The Commission is now inquiring into a latter phrase of the military operations on the peninsula. -
