The Pittsburg National Trade Commission report that tlie losses of European property as the result of the Avar, excluding shipping, total 5985 million dollars, mostly . readily repairable. Germany will be at a serious disadvantage after the Avar because she Avill be compelled, to import raAV materials before she recommences exports.
