OMARUNUI MEMORIAL.
OBELISK EX VEILED. (Press Association Telegram.) NAPIER, October 11. In pouring rain an obelisk was unveiled at Omarunui to-day by Hon. J. D. Ormond, to commemorate the battle fought near Napier against the Hauhaus in 1566. There was a large gathering of veterans from all over Now Zealand.
