SPECIAL ORDER, IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by Part IV. of “The Counties Act, 1908,” the Waikohu County Council hereby makes by special order a By-law under “The Counties Act, 1905.” The object and purport of the proposed By-law are the regulation of the transport of vehicles, engines, traction engines, and- machines over the County roads, and the regulation of the use of bullocks as traction animals. A full copy of this By-law is deposited at the County Office, Te Karaka, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until tha 10th day of March, 1916. . J. G.
