SPECIAL ORDER, IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by Part IV. of “The Counties Act, 1908,” the Waikohu County Council hereby makes by special order a By-law under “The Counties Act, 1905.” The object and purport of the proposed By-law are the regulation of the transport of vehicles, engines, traction engines, and- machines over the County roads, and the regulation of the use of bullocks as traction animals.
