NOTES. Th© Union Co.’s s.s. Rosamond while at Tola go Bav lost her anchor and six fathoms of cable, and stood lay to recover it. In this she was unsuccessful. The vessel arrived here about 3.30 p.m. yesterday. This morning she leaves for Marsden Point and Auckland with a shipment of sheep. The s.s. Monowai left Wellington about half-past live yesterday afternoon and is due at Gisborne to-morrow morning, and proceeds to Auckland later. The s.s. Kalni .arrives from Coast hays to-morrow and returns to the Coast and Auckland the same day. The Richardson Co.’s s.s. Ripple arrives from Napier and Wellington on Friday morning and returns to Napier That night. She leaves Napier again on Saturday evening for Gisborne with passengers and racehorses, being due here on Sunday morning, and clears for southern ports the same evening. The trawler Gosford was taken off the slip yesterday morning, and the dragde John Townley was hauled up. TELEGRAPHIC.
