EIRE.MEN'S DIEEJCULT TASK._ (Press Association Telegram.) - WELLINGTON, March 8. A fire broke out in the Harbor Board’s explosive stores this morning,' probably through chemical action and the leakage, of phosphorous from tins nnd ignition on exposure to the air. The store' mas full of explosives, gasoline, and cylinders of compressed air. The firemen had an extremely difficult tas]c before the outbreak, .was overconrh ’’The damage was slight.
