PROHIBITED PERSON SUBSTAN-
‘IT ALLY FINED
At Court yesterday, before Mr R. S. Florance, S.M., Henry Morse, a prohibited person, pleaded guilty to enterin'* licensed premises .and ■ben.-bergt Hutton handed in accused s list and remarked that Mors© was a man who made a pract ice of getting liquor at all C °Morso said ho was under the impression that his order expired on tho day in question. Sen.-Sergt, Hutton said it. was true that the order would expire two days later. A fine of £5 and costs (7s) or one month’s imprisonment was imposed. Morse then pleaded guilty to.procuring liquor and was fined £5 or ono month, the sentences in the two cases to be, concurrent.
