[UNITED PEESB ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT) (Received Feb. 24, 9.45 p.m.) OTTAWA, Feb. 23. Stefansson reports that be is safe in winter quarters off Point Collison. He thinks his vessel .the Karluke, is safe, but has not vet traced her.
