COAL LUMPERS OBDURATE

Despite the wharf laborers* decision to resume, the coal lumping section persists in doing day work only as al as handling coal is concerned, but has consented to deal with ordinary cargo after 5 o'clock so as to secure a share of tho overtime pay. The lumpers attitude is causing much delay to coaling vessels.
