Play was continued on the above Club’s green on Saturday, and several enjoyable games were played, although the rain interfered during the closing stages. Results:— I Crompton, Horne, Holmes, W. Hamilton Judge Rawson, Paltridge, Bennett (s) 20 beat D. J. Parker, Floranee, Arnold, Ambridge cs) 13: Ross, Bradley, Morgan (s) 21 beat Williams, Crawshaw Whittington 15.
