THE INDRABARAH.
DOCKED FOR SURVEY. [PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM! DUNEDIN, July 29. The Indrabarali was put in dock today for surveq and inspection. The rudder is badly twisted throughout its entire length and about .10 feet of the lower end has been carried away altogether. The blades of both propellers were broken off about half vaj. ft is understood that some of_ .the frames .and hull plates from No. 3 hatch aft are “set. up” in several places sufficient to crack the cement lining of the floors. Several mtercoste'd frames are said to have worked free from the rivets in places, and m No 3 hold a number of rivets have been sheared off from the stanchion It ’is also feared that a good deal of damage was done under the aft peak ballast tanks. It is believed that the work of repairing the Indrabarali will be the largest undertaking of the kind put in hand at Ft. Chalmers.' !
