YESTERDAY’S BUSINESS. [UNITED PRESS ABBOCIATION—COPYRIGHT) [SYDNEY SUN SPECIAL CABLE.] (Received July 25, 6.10 p.m.) BERLIN, July 25. The International Miners’ Congress at Carlsbad passed a resolution affirming that better measures should be taken for the protection of miners by the appointment of State-paid working men inspectors. A motion was also carried requesting Laborite members of Parliament to support a Bill against the expulsion of workmen from houses during strikes.
