A GENEROUS OFFER. [PRESS ASSOCIATION' TELEGRAM.) CHRISTCHURCH, May 28. To-day Dr. Valintine placed before the North Canterbury Hospital and Charitable Aid Board” a generous offer made • by Air Cholmondeley, of. Governor’s Bay, in' connection with the establishment of a children’s convalescent homo at Governor’s Bay. The terms of the offer were made known to the Board in Committee, and on resuming the Board, after expressing. its gratitude at Air Cholmondeley’s generous offer, referred it to the Public Health Committee, which will meet Air Cholmondeley in regard to this matter.
