Piehon.. in the Senate, said Greece’s objection to the delimitations of tho Albanian Southern Frontier wa s delaying peace. Ho hoped that the painful spectacle of antagonism between the Allies would cease. Franco, if necessary, would interpose as arbiter and prevent a fratricidal struggle. The . present negotiations would not be concluded without France obtaining what she was entitled to. Franco was powerless in tho Bagdad concession with Germany, but she would assert her rights in neighboring regions. THE AMBASSADORS’ CONFERENCE. . -ADJOURNS TILL FRIDAY. (Received May 28, 12.55 a.m.) LONDON, May 27. The Ambassadors’ Conference sat for two and a half hours, and adjoxirned till- Friday. The Greek, Servian, and Montenegrin delegates asked Sir Edward Grey to summon a general conference immediately.
The “Daily Telegraph’s” Constantinople correspondent interviewed the Crown Prince, who stated that reform on the lines of Japan is essential for Turkey, who must use the deliberation of foreigners.
