GOVERNMENT METEOROLOGIST’S REPORT,
Present indications are for cold and changeable weather, squally and showery in parts. The barometer is unsteady, but with a rising tendency and strong, southerly winds will probably prevail. Note.—Conditions are still unsettled on the Tasman Sea- at the edge of an Australian anti-cyclone vyhieh is apparently of general extent.
