NAPIER HARBOR PROPOSALS.
INNER- HARBOR SCHEME. [press association telegram.] NAPIER, May 9. Mr A. E. Jull was re-elected chairman of the Harbor Board yeserday. The Board resolved to proceed with a Bill empowering tlienr to go to the ratepayers for a loan of £300,000 to carry out Cullen and Keel o’s- inner harbor scheme.
