Rose, states that the regeneration of rural lifo and tho elevation of the agricultural laborer to a sound economic position is the great new task wherefore the forces of Liberalism arcgathering. (Received Alay 8, 11.10 p.m.) Mr Lloyd-George (Chancellor) writing to Air Nicholas, says no treatment of the agricultural laborers’ problem will be adequate unless it is thorough and comprehensive. Crude and snippety Bills like the recent Unionist measure, must simply aggravate the evils.
