The following are the readings of the barometer in our office, taken at 6 a.m each day:—

GOVERNMENT METEOROLOGIST'S REPORT. IV csont indications are for variable and strong westerly winds with a southerly tendency. A further fall in the barometer is probable for a westerly low pressure area due to pass in the south in about 3G hours. Cold, unsettle dand showery weather may be oxoected in all parts of the country.
