COBAR COPPER MINES CLOSE / DOWN. COKE SUPPLY FAILS’. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT] (Received May 9, 12.30 a.in.) SYDNEY, May 8. The Cobar copper mines have closed through failure of the coke supply through the southern collieries strike. Though tho coal miners have resumed it will be some time before sufficient coke is available.
