SIR A. VICARS’S LIBEL ACTION. [INDEPENDENT PRESS CABLE] LONDON, April 30. It is understood that Sir Arthur Vicars, formerly_ Ulster Kin g-of-Arms m Dublin, lias issued a writ of libel against a London week I}’ 1 }’ paper. The ease will prove a very interesting one, inasmuch as it is expected to reveal the inner history of the disappearance of tho Crown jewels from Dublin Castle.
