[UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT) NEW YORK, Dec. 18. The Housewives’ League of America has started a campaign to reduce the cost of living. A movement inaugurated to reduce the price of eggs in every city in the United States to a shilling per dozen has been rapidly progressing. All political leagues have been asked to co-operate.
