HUGE THEFTS OF SHEEP.
A VICTORIAN DISCOVERY
[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT] (Received July 31, 9.25 p.m.) MELBOURNE, July 31. The graziers in the Broughton and Kauiva districts have had heavy losses of sheep during the last four years. It was supposed that they had strayed. Messrs MacMillan brothers’ las*muster was 5000 short and the police discovered in some thick bush a yard arid a woolshed with traces of shearing operations in years past. Tracks showed that a big muster had been driven away.
