King Edward’s Horse has been detached from the Territorials and made a special Reserve Regiment of cavalry. Thus the standard of efficiency in tlie unit will he gradually raised and it will also enable young colonists temporarily resident in England to undergo the training required by their respective governments and to acquire a knowledge of the Home system and organisation.
