GOVERNMENT METEOROLOGIST'S REPORT. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. 3 Present indications are for fair to cloudy and milder weather and generally showery in the northern anci and southernmost districts. Variable winds will probably give way soon to freshening northerlies. The 'barometer is very unsteady, but a falling tendency is expected everywhere shortly for a disturbance due <u the end of the week.
