INFANT TOURISTS.
SEQUEL TO HOTEL LIFE OF A BOY AND LITTLE SISTER.
A brother and sister, aged ten and six, have been restored to their anxious relatives after spending some days in “seeing life” in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Leith. The children belong to Greenock, where they live with an aunt. On a recent Monday the boy decided lie would like to have a holiday. He drew his sister into tlie adventure, and the youthful tourists left home after securing £B.
They first went to Glasgow, where they spent a night in an hotel. Although they arrived late they contrived somehow to satisfy the people who asked them questions. Next morning they took breakfast and then entered a train for Edinburgh. They wanted, tlie hoy says, to see Edinburgh Castle. They entered the castle and on Wednesday night- arrived at Leith, where tlieir lonely condition was reported to the police after they had keen admitted to an hotel. They then declared their identity, and -tlieir aunt was communicated with at Greenock. They had still £5 when-their tour ended.
