For all horses bred in tne Counties of Cook, Waiapu, Wairoa, and Waikohu. Six furlongs. 4. SPRING HANDICAP, of 120 sovs, second horse to receive 15 sovs. third horse 5 sovs from stake. The winner of any race of the value of £0 sovs or upwards after the declaration of the weights to carry 71b extra; of 100 sovs 101 b extra. One mile and a quarter. 5.
