PERSONAL NOTES.
The Auckland Presbytery have unanimously nominated Rev, A. Cameron, of Dunedin,, for the position of Moderator of the General Assembly.—Press ■Association. According to a Press Association telegram Mr L. S'. Jennings has been nominated from .Canterbury College as the Rhodes scholar for tips year. Mr Jennings has high scholastic attainments, and has made his mark in athletics, and is one Of the foremost Canterbury tennis players.
