SUMMARY AND FORECAST. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Oct, 10. The Meteorological Office to-night issued the following weather summary and forecast : Anti-cvclonic conditions have prevailed, with moderate and variable winds. The barometer lias, however, fallen slowly everywhere to-day. Present indications are for rising easterly and northerly winds, with warm a nil hazy weather, to be followed by increasing cloudiness, and a change m conditions to unsettled weather generally. The barpmeter will probably fall steadily everywhere, and be low in the South 'after about twenty-four hours.
