UNREST IN PORTUGAL.
AIMED MONARCHISTS CAPTURED [UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION —COPTEIGHT. ' ; LISBON, Oct. 1. A Catholic club was raided at Oporto and 100 armed monarchists were captured. A few sharp fights with the police took place. Other arrests are expected. THREE HUNDRED ARRESTS. EXCESSES .BY THE MOB. (Received Oct. 2, 11.40 p-m.) OPORTO, Oct. 2. Three hundred arrests were made. The troops surrounded the Crystal Palace—a pleasure resort — and mounted quiekfirers. When challenged, the alleged plotters surrendered, and the mob wrecked a number of Catholic houses and fired the Catholic club. 'Hie troops then charged, wounding several of the Hotel's. ,
