ARREST CHS THE H !C?H SEAS ABOARD AN ATLANTIC LINER. Pursued from Myslowitz, in Prussia, for the murder of the cashier of a. bank m a Russion border town, a German youth, one Sucholewski, was arrested on board the Atlantic liner Zieten some hours before she reached New York on March 17th. Upon the fact that the suspect was aboard the Zieten becoming known to the police a wireless message was despatched to the captain, informing him of the charge against Sucholewski, who was at once arrested and kept in custody until the vessel reached port, when he was conveyed to the Tombs prison.

Sucholewski is charged not only* with the murder of the cashier, hut also with the. robbery from the hank of £3BO.
