On account of the vessel being a day late on licr up trip to Auckland, she was later than usual in arriving at this port yesterday, but considerable despatch was exercised in Auckland, with tlm result that she was only four hours behind her usual time. Tho launch left the wharf to tender her on ‘ arrival, and took the outward passengers at tho same time. The inward passengers were landed shortly after 7 p.m. The ketch Conoration is engaged loading timber -for Pakarae and Tologa Bay, and will sail for those ports and AVhitianga on completion. The TLS.S. Co.’s Squall is being fitted with a new prouellor in Auckland. and is expected to leave there on Friday afternoon lor Tologa Bay and Gisborne. , - The U.S.S. Co.’s Haupiri leavesAuckland this afternoon for East Coast ports, Gisborne, and Napier. Ballasting operations are being carried on on the barquentino Senorita at the Haiti wharf.
