Received Sept. 30, 10.37 p.m. LONDON. Sept, 30. The Pall Mall Gazette says that since Ministers showed the colonies that tho United Kingdom was ontirely soLf-contred it was most natural for Australia, when rebuffed, to give an exclusive eye to her own supposed interests. The situation was discouraging for JjJritish merchants and wage-earners, but Australia was blameless. ~ -
