She left for Napier last evening at 9 o’clock. The Union Co.’s s.s. Koonya has been delayed at Westport owing to tho bar being unworkable, but is expected to leave there to-day for Napier and Gisborne with coal. Tlio Union Coy’s s.s. AVanaka is expected to arrive here to-morrow from Timaru via Picton and Napier. T'i- New Zealand Shipping Coy’s R.M.S. Papanui arrived at Monte Video on the 24th inst. from Now Zealand. The Union Coy’s s.s. Haupiri left Auckland on AVednesday evening for Gisborne, -,via East Coast ports. The auxiliary schooner Ivereru left Tairua yesterday with a full cargo of timber for Mesrs Evans Neild, and Coy.
