Dates of race meetings were approved of subject to the following amendments :—Avondale and North Canterbury Jockey Clubs to select other dates; Wellington Racing Club, spring meeting to ho on October 17th and 19tli, summer meeting, January 22nd, 24th, and 25tli, autumn meeting April 30tli and Alay 2nd, winter meeting July 18th, 22nd, and 25th. Tiie Alanawatu Racing Club is to lie permitted a third day at tiie Christmas meeting, the days to include December 26th and 27tli, and a date prior to these days. The Committee recommended that certificates he granted to Huntley and Hukcrenui Racing Clubs, that the certificate of Hikataia ho cancelled, that St. Andrew District Sports Association he granted a certificate, that no certificate be issued to Karamea Racing Club and Redan Sports Club.
