LAND FOR SETTLEMENT.

A Kaikoura messago states that Bullen’s Groenhills estate, on the Kaikoura-Waiau road, of 36,000 acres, has been bought by a Banks’ Peninsula syndicate for sub-division. The price is not known, but it covers stock, including 30,000 sheep. Tho ition adjoins, tho Crown lands in I cho Clarence Valley.
