Mr E G. Jellicoe opplied at Bow street for a process on two informations against Bir H. McCallum, Governor of Natal: one by F. Colenso, for sets of oppression io Natal involving an illegal proclamation of martial law aud tho homicide of fourteen natives.
Lord Marsam decided to hear the application in private, and refused to admit a shorthand writer.
Mr Jellioco announced that the application under the circnmstancis would bo withdrawn.
